The preview runs from 17 to 27 October 2026, and booking day is Saturday, 31 October 2026. The showflat is along Upper Serangoon Crescent. Viewings are by appointment, and I can arrange yours.

Where is the showflat?
The Thomson Reserve showflat is along Upper Serangoon Crescent. The exact address and opening hours are still to be confirmed. I'll send them to you as soon as they're released.
How to book a viewing
- Send me a message on WhatsApp, or fill in the form below and choose "A showflat viewing".
- I'll confirm a time slot during the preview and send you the price list beforehand.
- At the showflat, I'll walk you through the units, the site model and the stacks that suit your budget, facing and view.

Getting ready for booking day
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee, payable in cash when the option to purchase is granted. I'll confirm the exact payment method closer to the date.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist three to five units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties (buyer's stamp duty, and ABSD if it applies to you). I can calculate these for you.
